Legendary exchange isn’t resettling at 12:00 pm est. 🤔 Just a glitch or broke?

During the winter months when in standard time, it resets at 12 noon EST. Now that the time has changed, it resets at 1:00 pm EDT.

Not a bug/ glitch / broke, daily SCORE is reissetting at 17:00 GMT+1 and the vendors / legendaryh script machine on 18:00 GMT+1.
