Probably been asked before but....
So I have been using a Holy Fire on my Ray Barbury's Fahrenheit 541 firebreather build.

I decided to add on the vaporizing nozzle to a Pyrolyzer so I can display it and I noticed I gain more damage for it than the Holy Fire.
So, if I were to get a vampires mod on a flamer and max mod it, wouldn't it better than the Holy Fire in damage with a little less range?

Also, something that has me wondering. I have about 40K 5MM rounds for nobody wants and have been thinking of using my Foundations Vengeance. How long do you thing, without buying, making or picking up more, would it take to burn through it all?

Thanks.

Vaporising adds damage but reduces range considerably, to melee range.

Since damage is affected by range drop off it makes the weapons useless in a practical sense.

The Holy Fire has no equal. It comes with Vampire's, +ROF, and a hidden 'Cursed' modifier that enhances damage even further, making it a dps and tanking powerhouse. All that with the stock nozzle (which you cannot mod, like the skin), you would have to install the vaporizer nozzle on a stock flamer to match the damage on paper at the cost of reach.

The problem with nozzles is that it cripples the reach of your flamers, the compression nozzle is a decent compromise but the loss is still significant. For the vaporizer just forget it, you basically have to stick the flamer up your enemy's nose to hit them. And i say reach because the range stat on flamers doesn't matter, the barrel mod does nothing but add weight.

Napalm and huge tank is all you need, if you test with damage numbers on on a single enemy it seems the flame only applies damage in a narrow stream regardless of the graphic animation. So headshots apply more, vaporizer seems to only work in a narrow range..too far or too close it's useless.

Never heard of this cursed thing in Fallout.

Except when someone cursed the game in days after release. :P

Holy fire has slightly less damage, but much better range. I prefer holy fire over normal flamer.

Holy fire is better than any other flamer in the game. You can re roll the holy fire and it will keep its longer range and the 2 hidden effects of cursed and better DOT fire damage.

Holy fire has better damage than regular flamer due to this and is the only way to go since it is so much better.

On a tangent i want flamers to have a Prime Receiver with Ultracite Fuel as a buff to free-fire chads. I want to eradicate my enemies with liquefied Ultracite, the same stuff in the bottom of fissures. Imagine.
