Stable flux is turning inert
I just saw that my stable fluxes turn to inert fluxes in about 24 hours real time. Any idea what's going on?

? You got me, first I heard of this, thus far I haven't had this issue, I keep mine in the scrap box.

Raw flux must be converted to stable flux. Stable flux can be stored in the scrapbox; raw flux cannot and degrades in your stash.

I converted it to stable flux, but left it in the stash box, not the scrap box. I'll report it to Bethesda.

No you stashed your raw flux in the scrapbox, you are mistaken that it was made stable

"Good With Salt" slows the spoilage of raw flux, but you have to craft it, into Stable flux, to keep it. If its raw, it will spoil very fast in a stash box. keep it on you. Stabilize it, then store it. :cozybethesda:

Stable cannot decay into inert as it does not have a condition bar to allow it to do so. Once it is stable it will always stay as stable. You likely stashed raw flux thinking it was stable. Not the first person to do that.

I have made well over 1500 of each flux and i have never had stable flux once made convert back into inert.

With the 10 raw to 1 x 3 components required to craft stable flux, it is highly likely that you ran out of a component before you ran out of raw. Or you had flux that wasn't in multiples of 10 so could not craft it all.

The leftover raw flux would turn inert.

Sorry guys, this wasn't my first flux rodeo. I had an embarrassingly large amount of ingredients, was quick about converting raw flux to stable, plus verified that I had stable flux afterwards and did the conversions over three days as I gathered more raw flux.

The only thing that was out of the ordinary was that I bought something like 19 High-radiation fluids from a player's vending machine and the price was rather low. So, I'm not sure if duping was an issue here.

Ok, not complaining mind you, but now I've got stable flux in my scrapbox. In retrospect, quoting Steve McCroskey "Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue."
