anyone else somewhat excited for fishing?

I’m a man of collecting things in games, and I think if they do it right with displayable aquariums and wall-mounted fish, it could be really enjoyable. what does everyone else think

Watch the Fallout Day livestream. man literally said that they have one more thing for December's update and he held a fishing rod. If that's not fishing, what is it?

If I'm wrong about it being December though, my bad. but hey its coming some point soon in 3-6 months for sure.

If it were coming this December we would have seen any mention of it in the PTS; absolutely nothing is found related to fishing.

Since i like fishin in FFXIV...didnt try it in NMS so far, but i guess i would enjoy it in Fo76 too.

but there will be a blinky reference for sure and im 4 that
and if you guys start catching fish just to put them in ziplock bags to place around your camps your all monsters.

Not much water on the Map, Some steams, Big River on the West, Smaller River on the East in the Mire. Some ponds. Well will have to see what are the good fishing holes are. There is a model of a fishing rod, in the game.

Maybe we will get a ride-able bicycle, in another 5 years?

lol maybe the plan is to just have trash over world fishing but then sell a primed fishing hole shelter.

a good idea would be to look at what WoW has done with social fishing spaces. thats all you gotta do for online games just let ppl fish together they may not even talk but they will find other ppl fishing to stand next too.
or ff14's fishing trips that occur every 3 hours or something its just free loot packaged in a social space where everyone contributing to the same goal getting a shark mount :)
