I need to revive an ally in the water, I've been joining events when i can but i just cant seem to get this to happen! Can anyone help me?

I've done this several times with two characters and don't get credit. What exactly constitutes "in water"?

Water in another thread said it could be a puddle
Your feet only have to be in water

Id be intrested in attempting it if anyone is around

Done this many times for my 8 or so characters. Even the stream behind the wayward counts. For me as long as you are go down in water deep enough that shows the prompt to allow you to drink or collect water it will count.
