constant maintenance shutdowns
Why the f*** does the game server need to be shut down every single night for maintenance? I work evenings so when I get off work I want to sit down and play but I only get an hour or two before I get a server shut down notice. Just compile all the updates you need and do it once a week like 80% of every other game host. FFF

Bad luck? Just hop servers. I don't think you're getting the full scope of experience if you think you can't play at night :VBOY:
I didn't think the servers had a set reset, just as needed... Seriously. Maybe a regular refresh specific to the server. Otherwise I hadn't noticed what you're mentioning. Is it new?

Just go back to the main menu and rejoin. The game itself isn't going down for maintenance (we will be told of this sort of maintenance a while before it happens), just the specific server you were on. Going back to the main menu and rejoining will put you on a server that isn't undergoing maintenance.

I've run into this problem several times. I used to set up at workshop sites to make ammo but gave up as the return on investment wasn't there due to server shutdowns. A few times shutdowns have been without warning.

But I don't think they are shutdowns due to changes. Probably just shutdowns to clear out the server and maybe also to run daily jobs.

If a server you are on has a low player count that server gets pulled offline and reset. The message is different to a game update or server wide maintenance message. Just quit to main menu and click to play again. Due to the time you are playing this will be different for everyone and you may be running into it more often.
