Daily Challenges are now Mission Impossible

My daily challenges today are mission impossible.
- kill a trog
- Expeditions: Complete The Most Sensational Game
- Buy an item from or sell an item to another player
- visit my shelter

I believe a Trog is in Pitt which I haven't started - and have no desire to.
I believe The Most Sensational Game is in Atlantic City. I won't say what I think of that expansion. Another Do Not Want To Do that.
Do stuff with another player - I don't want interaction with other players. Haven't you noticed that that 9 out of 10 are idiots. Another Do Not Want To Ever.
Visit my shelter - what's a shelter? (I thought I was supposed to be simultaneously in Pitt and Atlantic City).

The day before yesterday was bad enough. A challenge was to complete Tax Evasion. So I spent an hour trying to figure out what Tax Evasion was and get it started. Couldn't do it. The only Atlantic City quest I was offered was the Devil Blood's one. So I started it and I couldn't believe how bad that quest was. Just a waste of time and a headache. Was this your lame attempt at an FNV tribute? So I quit the game. When I reloaded I was at Vault 76. What? At least at Whitesprings would have been better.

That's a big advantage of save games. You can go back and reload and wipe the bad memories. And pretend it never happened.

What's the point of giving players challenges that are buggy?
Why give challenges to complete things that you can't start?
What's the point of forcing players to do things they don't want to do?
Or is it to force them to buy premium re-rolls, whatever they might be?

There is no point in setting challenges in the worst "features" of the game. An appallingly bad decision.

Literal non issue.
Get a friend to trade a stimpack for 0 caps or whatever.
Don't have friends? Go to player vendors and buy the cheapest item you can find, shouldn't take more than 3 visits to different traders until you find something you need, want, or just get for the daily for 50 caps or even way less.

You don't want player interaction in a multiplayer game, that is also on you.
That fact aside, buying something form a player camp is not "interaction".

A lot of the rest of this seems to come down to not knowing how the game works.

It's fine you don't want to do some of these (I regularly reroll or ignore DailyOps challenges especially on double mutation weeks for example), and some are a pain the butt to do, but you gain nothing by coming here and be upset about it at other users.

Really feels like you simply picked the wrong game.

The buying or selling to another player doesn't involve any actual player interaction. Just go up to a players vendor and buy something. You can see player camps on the map, and they have an icon if there is a vendor, as well as giving a brief overview of the types of things being sold.

You probably have already gotten the quest that gives you a shelter. There is an isolated cabin near Vault 76 most people get close enough to at the beginning of the game to trigger the quest.

don't do it , get launchboxes and start living in west tech with muties.
those are simple quests , no rng involved looking for colectables on 100th server full of other players or hunting mob spawning in 3 spots.

Mission Impossible = Challenges that you could easily complete in probably half an hour but choose not to.

Atlantic city isn't well made, but they are EASY. Like.. stupidly easy.

Also with the pitt u can just run the one and kill trogs easily(they in the first area where u gotta go throw the anti trog grenades) 5min tops.

And u refuse to 'click' the door to your shelter?

IDK dude seems like u got some really weak arguments here, not a single thing is 'impossible' more its just 'I wanna be a difficult chad and want things handed to me exactly as I expect' rather than spend the 15 seconds to do any of the above.

Back when Nuclear Winter was a thing, there were challenges to do stuff in that mode. I willingly gave up getting the rewards because I was not interested and did not want to make it appear that I supported it.

There used to be a daily challenge to complete a DO every day. I know people who refused to do that.

In both instances, players were able to complete the scoreboard before time ran out.

There are people upset that this game isn't FO5. They don't like that they can't change the game to fit their play style. They really hate the fact that there are other human players in their Fallout.

I used my daily reroll on the buy/sell from another player one and the game just wanted me to install clearly cause it gave me a EPIC challenge of scrap a mind blowing TEN pre-war money!

Please look up definition of 'impossible' then re-evaluate your point of view here.

Incase u are not sure how to operate google, this is less 'It is impossible' (Or even difficult. Or even time consuming. Or in any sense 'hard' just a 'Cannot be arsed!')
