Can't accès to a room with a locked door in a school, is any key available in the area or have I to have the perk to unlock the room ?

Is it [INACCESSABLE] or is it [BLOCKED]?

I ask, because there are 2 in Morgantown High School. One is the Principal's office, which, yes, there is a key in the building for it, there are clues to help you find it(It's been so long I don't remember where). If it's the Blocked door in the Gym, then you have to go around from the other side thru the boy's locker room.
