Going in a silo with a friend? HELP!!!
Tried launching a nuke with a friend at all silo locations and I am unable to enter in to assist with the mission (haven’t launched a nuke myself) Do I need to complete the story line if launching a nuke to assist friends with launching theirs?

You need to do enclave quests first and become general to gain access to silos. The side quest is started at abandoned waste dump. Search online for more information.

You cannot enter a silo unless you are a General in the Enclave. Unlike other areas of the game where you can follow a team leader. Silos are restricted.
