so i did everything right i got up to the nuke part and a level 90 guy joined however when i got to nuke it asked for lunch codes which i did not know on the keypad but the level 90 dude did it however i did not complete the quest as i did not do it how do i find the numbers?

You have 2 options

1. Do the intended dance and hunt for the code pieces (again, WIki is your friend)

2. Just have a nuke card and look online - the current codes for all three bunkers are very much a google away.

That’s something that is kind of explained to you during the quests to become general.

Basically you collect 8 code pieces from code carriers across the map.
You take those 8 code pieces, and combine them with the keyword that shows on the wall in the Whitespring bunker.
At which time you perform some arcane rituals and are able to divine the launch codes for that silo for the week.

Or you go to nukacrypt.com and they have the launch codes within minutes of the weekly silo reset.

so i can go alpha which is where i was and put in the alpha code on site and it works? if so this is a great site! yes i can go wiki however i find on here people give you the answer direct and little things like bizaeewman where they give you useful addions like the site

If you have a nuke launch key card then yes, go through Alpha silo and use nuka-crypt's Alpha code.

that's the thing i have one for that alpha but i did not know where to find the numbers then the guy put them in and i could not do it but now i got the website i should be able to do it tomorrow thanks !

Going back in to the silo you will be required to do the prep all over again. Once it's launched on a server, it resets all of the prep work.
