However... It's also VERY ammo-inefficient. Trigger discipline is a must, fire it in bursts only - to make sure you don't over-shoot when the enemy is already near-dead and will burn out in a blink of an eye, which is just a waste of fuel if you keep on shooting.
Like... Burst, let em sizzle just a sec and if not dead - apply another burst. Don't full-auto unless in panic mode in CQC with multiple enemies, of course.
Damage is affected by: Heavy Gunner (R3, all three), Bloody mess(R3). And Adrenaline, from what I understand. I prefer full R5 of Adrenaline myself;
For PA: Stabilized, but it's really not needed with this one. Most people run with it without PA;
Weight: Bear Arms(R2 is enough, R3 is just overkill even with multiple heavy weapons - might use that 1 extra point elsewhere) for the gun itself + Batteries Included(R3) for the Fuel, as it's "energy ammo";
Extra: Friendly Fire(R1 is enough), to heal NPCs (and even friendly players) during Events - such as those workers during Radiation Rumble.
Left with default effects that it comes with it is ok but nothing really special. I do carry two on my PA heavy gunner. My re rolled one is my damage dealer and the default one is just there for the vampires healing if i need it but i rarely ever use it myself.
