How to find unyielding gear?

I hear its the best to use for levelling up, so how to find it? I been cruising other peoples shops but is it a plan or armor? cause I can't find them at all. if not other players then how do I get a hold of it?

Unyielding is a legendary armor effect that can be in any armor type except power armors, they have the same drop chance as any other legendary prefix. Legendary effects are random, if you can't find them from player vendor it's purely RNG if one happens to drop for you.

devote your self to grinding events and geting scraps , after that get legendary modules and kiss dice of truth to please RNJ.Christ for fortune.

Or I can hook you up with some rando pieces when I find em OP. Off the top of my head I think I have a standard marine arm (lvl 50) I couldn't scrip my last session. What's you in game name?

finally got my first unyielding piece, chest, but I don't get it, its massive for AP but worse in armor...is it worth it?

Same here, i can pass on to you some random UNY pieces when i get them. Think i may have one or two right now i have not scrip yet.

Got all my armour sets for all characters basically fully complete so i tend to scrip everything i come across these days

Unyielding armor is meant for buffing your SPECIALs, it doesn't buff your damage resistances and it all depends on armor type & mods. Unyielding is great for stealthy builds, less optimal for super tanky builds. Also different armor types have different resistances, if you want the highest possible damage resistance in unyielding armor you need to get Secret Service armor set.

I'm not sure where you get the information but... Unyielding pieces aren't exactly easy to get. You wouldn't want a piece of Unyielding wood armor usually cos the defenses are just way too low to be practical, and to be useful for the build.

It's more of a specialized build that need a lot of things to get going, as well as quite a bit of game knowledge to know what you need to fill in within the build. But if you're going for it anyway, just hope for the best when you attend events that give legendaries. Those are your best bet for getting Unyielding pieces.

Unyielding set isn't really for a newer player, you should really consider it before going bloodied build, without the right perks and sufficient defense, you'll die, very quickly, very often, it's also a PITA to micromanage radiation, radiation is reduced to 75% while we need 80% for maximum buff on bloodied build...
Also since it's an end-game build, finding one is usually very hard if you want a set (you'll need a set for fire resist legendary perk to work), without a set, expect to die often to fires and poison x(

If you still wanna go for it however, then go ahead...

Save the focus on unyielding gear for late game when your working on your Bloodied build. As others stated, you need the right perks and buffs for a low health build, otherwise you'll get frustrated from dieing a lot at low level. Do more research on low health builds on youtube and wiki.

I've had all kinds of different armor drop with Unyielding legendary effect on them and just scrip them because I don't use the bloodied build
