Moonshine Jamboree not showing up?

I just read somewhere that MJ has 1/3 chance of coming up at the top of every hour. If that's true then does Mothman Equinox just completely impede that since its every hour? If so, I have been wasting hours for the last 3 days waiting for it to appear. Now please excuse me while I go slap myself.

If an event like Mothman is on it will take precedence at the top of every hour.

MJ will just be in the rotation with all the other events as far as i'm aware.

Edit: Forgot to say i have done it a few times this week, so it is still showing up

20 / 40 the event has a 2.7% give or take chance of showing up... which is HEAVILY influenced by players in the area

when events run it has a 0.00000000% chance of showing up at the hour that will ALWAYS be the default hourly event

I just made a Thread about how the Mothman Equinox seems to override other Events.
It sucks. Seems like it's the only thing happening at times
