To the OP, selling them is simply a viable option. From 0 to 100 caps and anything in between (or above, one can try). They will be bought.
Unfortunately this is how it is sometimes in online games. We all play in different parts of the world and have different people on our servers and can get a vastly different experience to someone else. You cannot control what the people who come to your vendors want to buy.
Completely understandable why so few people want them, all three bases are identical in layout so done one done them all.
Are they being used on private servers or something? I just use public and even on weekends I see maybe two nuke events and I play a lot of hours. Most week days I see none.
You can launch your own nukes sith them, I mean come on, that must be worth a lot
