I think they broke Born Survivor again...
Years ago, "Born Survivor" perk (Falling below 20%hp automatically uses a Stimpack, once every 20sec on R1) was kinda broken. It constantly ate up a lot of stimpacks in low-hp build, non-stop. Whenever you were below 20% hp(which is normal fow low-hp build), it would almost non-stop use stimpacks, over and over.

Then, they somehow made it better. It stopped consuming your stockpile of Stimpacks. All went well and this perk was now actually good.

Now... came this latest update. And it feels like this perk is broken once again, chewing through Stimpacks like there's no tomorrow.

Anyone else noticed? Or I'm seeing things?

I mean... strictly speaking, this is not broken behavior. Low health builds are LOW HEALTH, they are always sitting @ 20% or less hp, hence, every 20 seconds auto stim (armor) and born survivor would proc cuz.. duh.. your below 20% health. 'fixing' it only meant it was broke, or was applying to the non red potion of your health(so 20% of 20%) which for many bloodied would be so low as to not matter (IE if they LUCKY enough to get hit but NOT die from said hit)

They previously fixed it that it no longer used up a stimpack unless you were *actively losing HP*. So whenever you were simply at low hp, but nothing was happening - no stimpacks were used up.

Only once your HP started to actually change - be it via getting actual direct damage or you were getting irradiated (which further lowered your max HP number, thus being considered a "change in HP") - only then the perk got triggered and used up a stimpack. But if you just simply sat at low hp, idle in your camp - nothing was triggered.

Right now though? It feels like this perk just triggers itself whenever the F it wants all over again (like before the fix), regardless of what's going on. And thus it just eats up through the stimpacks when it does not need to.
