Black titanium, you go kill the miners, their clothes will be your materials, but you need to decompose them on the workbench.

The Excavator armor is great to develop as it increases carry weight by 100. We can get more of it, the season pass also has the Scout Excavator skin.

If you have caps buy a map from the U mine it! machines. Using the map will start a quest. One can be found outside The Rusty Pick.

Find the mound and you'll be awarded resources, including Black Titanium. All 3 maps will net around 60 BT.
