Combat Armor Helmet?

Where can I acquire one?
I got the Ghillie Suit armor paint. Doesn't look right without the helmet so I need to get one but I don't see any plans for it anywhere.

I did this google thing I heard about in a magazine and searched "Fallout 76 combat Helmet"

I found that there may be one in the tents around morgan town but there must be a plan because people offered to make some for people on this reddit thread I found from 5 years ago...so I googled again and found a video

Best thing you can do is get about 5 of them because it's 25% of being Learned when scrapping. There are 5 types: Reinforced, Shadowed Metal, Fiberglass, Polymer and Brotherhood of Steel each one only has a 0.75% to learned also they don't offer any defense bonuses and are purely cosmetic.

Yeah thanks. I'd just like to get it to complete the Ghillie suit.
