Edit : they did not try to meet bloodied builds at all, they basically punished people for not following the meta. Chainsaw nerf was also unnecessary since it got the damage cut by a whopping half with all buffs! Not only that but tasty meat recipes now clearly does not give the correct 170 to 213% (with TiN) damage buff once eaten.
I really wish the developers would leave adjustments to people who understand the concept of destroying game balance and how nerfing is a prime factor. Simply put the most idiotic and amateur change policy (nerfing) that continues to estrange their customer base.
It's no wonder the player base is "funnel" rather than a "pool".

FULL HEALTH almost NO ADDED damage, and I tromp my way though doing nearly 10k dps (Yes I checked) with autoaxe. Only exception were the 3 robots in that nuke-event in new area, there I was doing around 4k dps.
During daily ops or expeditions, U just sorta walk though mowing the grass down while people need 4-5 shots on weenies. Trust me, It IS NOT yet balanced perfectly. It's getting close, but is not there, melee (ESP autoaxe, maybe ONLY auto-weapons) are still very much 'broken' and epic easymode melee right now.
