I really thought Hugo was just going to juice up him and his wife not lobotomize the entire population of the vault. Oh well guess they are now all "closer and connected" still makes me feel a bit icky about the choice I made especially how he gathers up all the quest giver NPCs in the end to "greet" you in the vault.

Dang, now I need to find a video to see what happened with that choice. I chose to kill Hugo which made Audrey become the head.

Like i said somewhere else, just play this RPG as an RPG my dude, listing to the poeple when they talk to you and you would have known that Hugo controls all of the Zapped Ghouls, it been told to you on the missions before you deal with Hugo.

They said the lost cells reacted to Hugo's cells maybe I'm just too gullible but Hugo made it sound like he was just doing what was best for his family and as a family man I just hoped he was telling the truth. My biggest gripe is that everyone in the vault is now in constant pain if they all just became lost i'd probably be fine with my choice.
