I clicked again to sign in and it worked.
If I have to time out for my first sign in every time just to get into Fallout76, that's a lot, but hopefully they get the hiccup resolved in a new patch.
Yesterday it crashed while I was fast travelling to my base in Watoga but I could still hear my in-game party chat. The whole conversation and the game crashed. Lol it was weird.
