why is there no start and end date showing for seasons?

seems pretty basic to have this info no? or am i just blind?

it was my first season last season, i just got to lvl 100 over a week ago, someone told me he thinks it ends in july
so i wasnt in a rush to buy the last bit of stuff as i didnt know what i wanted first as i didnt have enough currency to get everything at once

next thing i know bam new season and now i lost out on getting those items........ kinda choked but w/e i guess

It will end in September. That´s 2 and half months, if they start season 18 on the first of September. No problem at all if you hop on daily for 20mins. I don´t get the whole drama about not knowing an exact date. Be prepared that it ends on the first of September and there is no problem.

better start watching youtube video of FO76 updates, check on the fallout 76 website https://fallout.bethesda.net/en , and also always check the roadmaps (the new roadmap release somewhere last jun 8 or 9)

You only need a quick google search. Took me like 10 seconds to find out it ends in September.

Yes, it's very hard to code it to show it on seasons screen because of: depedencies, payments to indian coders, microsoft, rounded corners, Bill's biorythms and feng shui. On next windows they are planing to show only picture of clock and you have to bing what time it is... This is new microsoft's road map and nothing can be done because it's already showed on clipboard at bosses ### party.

Rumors tell that they are planing to hide inventory and you have to ask jeeves...

idk i just feel like its pure laziness or they doing this on purpose and its pure evil
every game that ive played that has a battle pass has either a start date with a end date right on the first page of pass itself or has a countdown timer on when it ends

just sucks alil i missed out on the last paint skin and a couple of decals, actually i think i missed out on the log cabin plans too even tho i had enough currency to get it , cant remember which couple of items i did manage to get off the last page :(

It's basic information that should be obvious in the game interface itself. You should not have to go search websites to know, for example, that the season is ending in 3 days - which is all the notice anyone got for last season. It would have been pathetically easy to put a banner up in the same way they announce things like double score or double scrip.

Agreed, planning for a minimum date is probably a good idea; but that doesn't absolve Bethesda of their failure to achieve basic communication standards. And if you can't log on every day to do your dailies (which will most likely take more on average than the '20 minutes' you tossed out there anyway) it would be good to have an idea what kind of time frame you have to work with to know how many days you can afford to miss.
