Biv not giving quests after Skyline Install

I've completed the Skyline storyline.

Back in my CAMP, my personal terminal shows that Biv is "READY TO MEET." I go to him, he greets me in the usual way, "Reporting for Duty" or "Has it been a day already?" or "Time for another spifflication" etc etc. but he does NOT give a new quest.

Treat him as you would Ward.
Same bug.
So, look at him and hit interact. Look away, repeat. Should resolve neatly.

I treat Ward to a good Mirv or Mine trio on my way out, but Biv it's understandable issues what with all that booze has done his circuitry.

I have tried talking to him some 10 times each day and so far no luck. Hope they fix this I still need Nuka Dark.

Do you have the ally Leo* Petrov? He frequently sells the recipe for very cheap, I think it's under 200 for me.

Same issue, can't get him to give me a quest.... I wonder if anyone else has "Repeatable: Wasted on <Alias=Loc_AlcoholName> in their completed quest log

yeah he's broken broken, did his setup quest hoping to get some recipes and the moment i start getting into it the patch hits and he's borked

yeah thats what i got, tried launching the quest from my terminal but that breaks still as soon as you get to him.

Same here, no nuka dark, no conversation. I make a batch of whisky several times a week.

On PC - can confirm that's exactly what's in my log. Greyed out and in the last place on the Daily quest list.
