Action Diet. I think the way they worded stuff around the Feral meter leads to a weird misconception. I think when they say something like "Reduce how feral you are", it means it increases the Feral Meter, which keeps you Away from being Feral(0%). Taking drugs reduce how feral you are(increase the meter). I want to Increase how feral I am(Lower the meter)
The Fandom wiki is the only FO76 wiki that seems to be up to date, and the description of the Action Diet states "With each kill, gain HP and increase the player's feral meter."
That perk does the opposite. It fills the bar, which means less feral.
Cannibal has no effect on the feral meter. It does still heal ghouls, and gives some radiation as normal. But it has no effect on the feral meter.
Ferral meter drop over time and there is no way to speed up so far.
