Need patchy hair for the ghouls (maybe humans too)

Most of the games have ghouls with their hair falling out, so why don't we have that as an option? Even some of the human NPCs in the game have their heads looking like they got a haircut with a machete.

Chemo therapy patient can get hair loss very quickly.
People with acute radiation poisoning as well, e.g. Alexander Litvinenko when he was poisoned with polonium.

So yeah, I'd say hair is the first thing that a ghoul would lose, and very quickly as well.
Skin, nose and genitals would talk longer.

Chemo hair falls out due to heat killing the hair follicles. Ghouls are cooool.

Edit: Extra. Ghouls have no metabolism due to not eating or drinking, therefore are cold blooded.

I find it extra funny how these "hair loss" styles are not available in-game by any means yet made seem like they do and are openly used in promotional material for this update in couple of gifs and images.

It's like devs have no idea they are not available to regular players.
