How do I get power armour station plans
Can you get them from other players or can you buy them.

The quest Miner Miracles is an easy one that rewards the plan.
(start by interacting with one of those Garrahan signs around the place)
Also there are npc vendors that sell it.
One at Whitespring Mall.

Dont you have to grind titanium tho for the miners Miners miracle mission, you have to make power armour for it to reward you.

Not all that hard. Just need to kill mole miners. There are some places to set up a resource extractor as well. Starting at level 2 out of the vault, I've always had more than enough black titanium by the time the excavator power armor becomes wearable in order to complete the quest.

If you have the camp ally/vendor Del Lawson placed at your camp, they sell power armour station plans from their inventory.
