starched genes question
Can someone help me with a question about starched genes:
1. Level where you can unlock the perk?
2. The perk is found under Endurance?
3. Is there anything special to do so you can get the perk? Or you just pick the endurance perk?

4. Spend all stats for lvlups so it shows at 30.

Im level 31. But when I go to find the perk under Endurance the perk doesnt exist. Is there a minimal endurance you need to be?
No perk requires a minimum attribute. They just have a minimum level. Make sure you have spent all your level ups. You can't save them up to select a higher level perk. You have to choose the perk for level 29 before you are given the options for level 30.

There shouldn't be any limitations but not 100% sure, Beth did change the perk a bit when they moved it from Luck to Endurance so it's possible they tweaked something else too. Had it on all my toons before it got changed. Weird that it doesn't show, did you check the Endurance perks through last time you leveled up?

Oh yeah, forgot about this.
To OP: If you have several unused level ups you can't see Starched Genes until you've used all under L30 level ups.

Got some blocked users in this thread so maybe I'm repeating what they said

Like steven said its just the level

Bear in mind

1 - Levels ONLY count when you actually spend them, you CANNOT horde levels to get multiple cards at once... if you are level 30 but have only spend 20 levelups you are actually level 20 on your perks

2 - It was moved to endurance with the last season

3 - if you don't see it its likely that you haven't spent enough levels... since you are 31 and don't see it this is almost certainly why

That said currently endurance is the BEST special and its not even close, they buffed it, then buffed it, and buffed it a few more times for good measure last patch

For leveling reasons I'd still go with intelligence focus (3.03% kill exp per point of int)

Starched is one of few the perks I consider mandatory, though
I can see the appeal for a chaotic build for some players.

You need to have Starched genes and Class freak on you build together to get the best effects from them.

I tried to play a non mutations character without starched genes. The idea was to use a radiation arch or rad away if I acquired a mutation to scrub it away.

Lasted only a few hours before I slotted the perk anyway. Gaining mutations wasn't too common, it was the travelling back to camp to scrub away that was immersion breaking and annoying.

Is there is anything for class freak because I have luck 3 and level 46 and I dont have it.

Not quite sure what you mean but Class Freak becomes available at level 46 so you can get it next time you level up if you don't have unused level ups.

It is the same problem with starched genes. You got to spend the special points first. All of them.

I have three characters. One has speed demon as its only mutation. It also has starched genes, but no class freak. The other two have no mutations, and no speed demon. If they get mutations, they just deal until the next time they are around a decon shower.
