If you are, open your map....choose a spot and than fast travel there, It's gonna bring you back to the waste land. Afterwards, click on that "X" that will bring you back to expeditions, it's gonna give you a pop up window thing and it should give you a few options. Pick.... go to Atlantic City... this time.
I'm not in game at the moment...I working with my memory (that's scary because I'm old..lol!) Or maybe someone else could assist you.
(google translation English/american lingo)
There is no reset or tasks for expeditions. You can do them all day if you want.
When you finished it, did you talk to Lennox and did she fly you home?
Did you check to see if you have any quests disabled?
Which expedition did you complete, and what is the last thing you remember doing?
I have not traveled to the districts with out expeditions, but it should work the same. You would have to star a new expedition, you should be able to abandoned old expeditions.
I hope this helps.
Then a menu opens up which allows you to pick a destination.
Are you saying that when you open that menu you can't select a destination to start a new expedition but you can select the option to travel to Atlantic City?
It might help us understand if you could post some pictures of what you are seeing.
