Exchange them for gold bullion at the gold press machines.
Use gold bullion to buy stuff from bullion vendors.

You may have to complete the quest, from the Wayward to get the gold. The machines are at Whitespring Mall, Crater, and Foundation.

There are Many Traders in the game that DEAL in ONLY GOLD

for buying unique and special items ingame such as a jetpack plans , special armor clothes and other stuff very rare

Tresuery Notes, came in with Wastelanders. There is a Gold Bullion Press at the Wellspring, in the Crafting Shop. One At Foundation by the Armor Workbench. One at Crater, in the core.

If you gain Faction Reputation with each Faction. You can Buy Items from the Faction Vendor. But, you have to complete Wastlanders Vault-79 Quest, with Either the Raiders, or Foundation. To buy from Vault 79 vendor.

Or Better, Minerva when is about with her traveling caravan, at Crater, Wellspring, or Foundation, to get Vault 79 plans, at a Discount. Or if you have bad luck with Daily Ops. Plans, from Daily Ops.

Unless, is a double bullion week you can only turn in 40 Bullion Daily at a Time, to a max of 10k bullion.

You can buy a max of, 300 Bullion for 6k Caps . At the Wayward, on the second Floor from a NPC Bullion Vendor, once a week. After completing the Wastelander Quests to Vault 79. Don't Forget, to do the quests, for each faction, up to the point of committing on which faction to Raid the Vault with, unless you want to pay for some of the quest rewards, from one or the other factions you did not complete, the stealth suit, is an expensive one to miss.
