There is no bonus xp. BUT, there is bonus score on the season.
That OTHER Bethesda online game offers a 10% xp bonus with the Plus subscription so maybe the OP was confused.

Yeah, because server maintenance and people who work for you to play don't cost money. I'm surprised that mmo's switched from being mostly subscription based to f2p, should go back to those times, games were much better then.

Well the game gets minimal support, has numerous (as in too many to list) game killing main quest borking bugs that have existed for 6 years... when it does get a patch every now and then they break 10 things for every 1 they fix, and one of the 10 things they break was the last patches bugfix

The bonus you mean is for bonded team members. When someone joins a team after a few seconds/minutes (I don't really know as I never team up) you'll be bonded to that player.

Each new player adds to the bond for a maximum of x4. That bond multiples the team type bonus, for example a casual team that has an XP bonus has a higher bonus with a fully bonded team.

This is independent of FO1st as it's a team based mechanism. I hope that's what you were asking?

I understand that max x4 but what i want to know is the number after the player name ,sometime is 1 2 3 and that give bonus like 15% EXP etc

Those are shared perks, no XP bonus. But there is a perk in charisma that gives you +15% xp, and can be shared

You need charisma, for each rank of a card you need 3 charisma and press T.

If there is anything to complain about, how about complaining about the real problems with FO76, all the bugs.
