Well the game gets minimal support, has numerous (as in too many to list) game killing main quest borking bugs that have existed for 6 years... when it does get a patch every now and then they break 10 things for every 1 they fix, and one of the 10 things they break was the last patches bugfix
Each new player adds to the bond for a maximum of x4. That bond multiples the team type bonus, for example a casual team that has an XP bonus has a higher bonus with a fully bonded team.
This is independent of FO1st as it's a team based mechanism. I hope that's what you were asking?
