Report a translation problem
At the spawn points they'll be on their own and one of a range of animal types. Not all will have the tame tag.
You have to have the cards slotted before they spawn/you fast travel or they'll never have the tame prompt.
It's hit or miss and chances are they'll be killed at your base due to glitches, other players, hostile mobs etc.
It's a half finished feature and tbh worth ignoring.
