Does the gleaming depths have matchmaking

I dont know anyone who plays this game and i read about the gleaming depths raid and i kind of want to try it but I dont want to waste the time installing it there is no matchmaking for the raid. Thanks.

They added a new public team type for raids - set one up and people will join pretty fast (couple of seconds to a few minutes).

From many runs I've done, there's no matchmaking. You can go solo or with team at your decision, then fast travel to the entrance, after that just enter to begin the raid. As long as raid in progress, no new team members can join, but they can join between stages.
The new public team dedicated to raid increase your weapon conditions as long as you're in raid from what I see.

If you've never done a raid before, I would recommend joining a pre-existing raid team.

Take lots of stimpaks (you'll get plenty more inside), and be prepared to die. Multiple times until you get the stages down. Excellent rewards though.

Humm, do you get the rewards even if you die?
