Not only is playing more fun trading these things between each other you can easily pass items between each other for the most "profit" (however you choose to define that)
**Absurd RNG is a good thing to take note of. Nevermind my unwaranted advice, even though it is the best solution to your trouble. Sometimes things break. Let me know if you'd like someone to play with more regularly and I may oblige, OP.
Is it 'lickspittin' to speak the truth? I honestly can't think of a game similar to FO76 that I have ever played that didn't have random loot tables, which seems to lie at the heart of your compliant. Thus, the suggestion that you will have to go play some other game in order to avoid such a system seems unlikely to produce the results you are looking for.
But by all means, call me some more names in an attempt to prove your point; it's one of the more common logical fallacies.
Leave me alone.
Between legendary effects and perks you can carry heaps without ever being concerned. I wish players would stop looking at problems as having only 1 solution.

This would be an expansion of the player market for sure, but it would also greatly cheapen the exclusivity of the raid rewards by making them available to essentially everyone.
That was directed at someone else. Appreciate the offer but like so many others, am going to leave this game for awhile.
Only 11k players according to Steamcharts. Wallpaper Designer has twice the player base. Players don't mind the grind if the grind pays off. in this game, it doesnt.
This is exactly what i mean. Some players get the best stuff with much less effort and other players grind like hell and don't get it.
