Bad news my bro
So even in a full raid you are only likely to get a 4* mod about every 5th full raid
we have 30 4* mods
so it would be about expected for you to land a specific mod if you had average luck about every 75th full raid
with even the outliers 150th, 300th, 500th, 1000th, and 2500th being things you could easily statistically fall into
now if we are talking EN06 runs its more of them required (but you can do them so fast)
Killed EN06 80 times with Gat Plasma and 3 bunkers to get one Pounders. I know it was 80 because i got the 76/76 achievement a few times earlier. I made an Auto-Axe with that Pounders and farmed him from the turret a few hundred times since. I don't recieve my mod plans at a 10% rate, it is running more like 6-7%, again the "bad luck". Considering the amount of times I have accidentally lost or scrapped a weapon in this game Im very scared not having a back up Pounders.
Besides the dearth of Pounders, in all this time I have recieved exactly 0 Radioactive-Powered, 0 Reflective, 0 Rejuvenators, 0 Sawbones. and 0 Stabilizers. Notable that those on this list are almost exclusively the "desirable" mods. I have 3,4,5+ copies of the other mods but none of these.
Now the data mine crowd have offered you the drop rates and they may be correct percentage wise but there is something else going on behind the scenes as to some mods not dropping as often or not dropping in the 1st stage. I don't know, maybe the devs reserved these boxes for the RMT and snake hacker clique.
Im at 21 of 33 mods at the moment and really hating this game and wondering why the hell I'm playing it. I consider the time wasted on this grind and wonder how a "regular" or "casual" player could ever hope to get all these mods.
Character one got all the Vulcan plans so only does it now when it needs ammo for it's Fixer.
I started doing it a couple of weeks before the last update with character one.
It took two weeks to get a Pounders.
I can't stomach long grinds so only do six to ten in a row per day depending on if plans drop or not and when the characters became overloaded.
Character two has all the body part plans but needs 23 more mod plans.
Character three is a late starter.
It was level 100 when it started doing it but went up a level each time during the double XP weekend. It uses Excavator so can carry a bit more before packing up.
It only has three of the body part plans and needs 21 more mod plans.
They have gotten six pounders mods between them.
Character two is overloaded with mod boxes taking up room in the stash but I've been holding off dumping them waiting for the change in what happens when you scrap them.
Character one had a clean out before the announced change so doesn't have as many taking up space.
Yesterday when I took a character in it got 2 plans in the first three goes.
The other character got one plan in ten goes which is about what I've come to expect in the longer term.
As you probably know there are two Vulcan plan pools and when you learn a pool you can get repeats.
I've got quite a few four star mod boxes and learnt how to craft one.
The last one that dropped yesterday was a polished but I haven't gotten around to using them much except I've given character one Bruiser's on it's armour and character two Rangers.
