Where my atoms at

I bought about 1000 atoms, and they have yet to be added to my account, no idea where to ask for help on this other than here.. any advice appreciated i didnt just waste my ten dollars in this economy

are you sure you checked the 2 validation boxes after you paid for them ?

if you did, exit game and restart, they should be there.

Same happened to me earlier today, i've been told to wait 72 hours after reaching out to support. It's the first time an atom purchase wasn't instaneous for me, and i've been playing for 2 years

use the main menu in game to contact support pick the option for non received atoms if you have not received them and they will resolve; usually purchases of atoms are added within 2-3 mins after purchase.

A direct purchase should show up in-game but not if you're in-game much of the time.
Sometimes a direct purchase does show up by going out in the Main Menu and waiting a minute or two.
Regarding FO1st it can take up to a day or two. I've had a response from BGS on this and they've confirmed my payments for it since June and when Atoms where given.
Be patient.

Same, bought them two hours ago, closed out re opened. Opened another game/closed then opened fallout back up. Looks like Steam is having some outage issue and not saying anything.

In case ya'll were curious, I submitted a ticket with Steam (I can tell there's some application not pushing the data correctly, whether this is owned by Steam or Bethesda to support idk but likely needs to be looked at since multiple people are seeing this. And considering Steam took my money...That's where I went first)
The response I got while helpful in providing info (that I already have but someone may not have if they weren't sure where to look) Basically said," not us go to Bethesda support go submit a ticket with this info", And on Bethesda support it says wait 72 hrs and if it's still not there go to Steam support.

We holdin' hands and playin ring around the rosie over here? Apparently, no one supports it cause Steam and Bethesda don't want to take a look. SO HELPFUL.

They have a ufo bundle thing that I really want. Was eyeing someones camp that had some of the stuff and then it became available 4 days later and I got excited. Now I just have to suffer for my greed, since I'm down both my money and nothing to show for it lol.

One day I found a UFO camp flying high over the Mothman town, was really a cool build and uses some of that stuff.

At least you have a few days for them to sort it out. When I heard about the problem I went to check and make sure the daily offer that expires in the morning wasn't anything exciting because I can see it being an issue if the Atoms don't arrive and the timer expires. It's just some wallpaper I think.

I purchased atoms about 5 hours ago and still waiting. I buy them all the time and they usually only take a few minutes. Something must be going on. I submitted a ticket as well and was told to wait 72 hours.

Still nothing, even if i do get the atoms at the end of the 72 hours, i won't want to risk buying again in the future, if i have to go through the same rigmarole
