I love eviction notice and it's a mystery to me how I can be on a full server and have NO ONE show up to do it. Tons of legendaries, ammo, and other trinkets and it's fun. Idk.
Yea I agree. After all the quests are done the game is pretty much done too. All the events that are not connected to the quests provide a way to "level up" and collect tons of scrap, weapons and mods. However a couple of new events (Raids) have gone to the extremes. I stick around just for the diversion and to relax. Also building camps and changing them is fun to me also. I did like the old way of getting mods and legendary weapons but the new twist is crippled on that.
I'm a solo player and I dont like PUG's for Raids.
No one is forced into anything. When I first started raiding I just used whatever builds I already had with whatever gear I had at the time and did fine. Of course since then I've gone on to create my version of an 'optimum setup', but nobody forced me to do that and I could still be doing the raid even if I had not.
The simple answer is 'because that is the mechanic of the challenge'. If you could exhaust the number of repair bots, the already easy for 4 people challenge (since that is what the raid is designed to be, 4 people) would become even more easy to the point of completely trivial.
If you want an answer that 'makes sense', it would be that the machinery that generates replacement repair bots still has more than enough reserve material to keep you busy killing repair bots until you die of old age.
You, who? I never needed anyone to carry me and you aren't locked into any specific build in order to do this raid. On top of which, it just gets easier and easier every time you complete it and incorporate the new gear you get into your setup. Not that it ever started out all that hard in the first place.
If you are the leader and you get the one speed run guy that starts before everyone is ready I want to kick them. I don't do it because do unto others.
I find the biggest issue is the lack of zooming out. For the difficulty of the raids the player is at the mercy of poor visuals and player control. Nothing like moving the mouse around and the E button still fails to pick up a gas can.
