PSA nerd rage works differently now

also born survivor etc, they work off of the current % hp after rads. so it doesnt count the radiated hps anymore. making nerd rage very unlikely to pop espc + max born survivor.

Im not sure what you are trying to say about nerd rage, i just tried it on my bloody build, and it procced at its normal 20%, even with most of my life bar being rads

Born survivor... It was bugged prior to this update in that every rank would only proc at 20% instead of only rank 1.

Bethesda 'fixed' it... ranks 2 and 3 work now but rank 1 doesn't...
