T-65 is untradeable

You have to earn it or buy it piece by piece from Minerva (with Bullion). It can take 6 months to a year to get all of it from her. I know-I did it on 4 toons.

6 months to year?! Do you even play the game? I have full set within 5 months from start, and I didn't even want that set, cause I had Ultracite at the start, and then I got full X-01 and Union

T-65 is untradeable.

Look up the Price, for Minerva Sales, Do lots of events. Earn 10 Bullion Notes, Trade in notes Daily, up to 400 Bullion.

Get in to Vault 79, Buy what you can't from Minerva, for T-65. Ward, has a challenge for 3 notes, Raiders for 3 Notes as well.

Do "Eviction Notice" & "Moonshine Jamboree" Earn Reputation.

Do, the Wasteland Quests, For both Foundation and Crater. Do both until you it warns you that you will lock yourself into one or the other, then finish up to, the decision point with the other faction.

Pick one. Raid Vault 79. Work up any lost reputation with each faction, then, Buy what Minerva does not sell. Use Caps, to buy Bullion for the Wayward 2nd floor, vendor once a week. Arrow down for, 300 max bullion, 6000 Caps.

If you are waiting to buy it from Minerva, say like on my level 45 toon who has done nothing in the game but count my caps, you have to wait for her to rotate the Items in an out. Now with some of the new Armor that they have added in the last 2 years she has it less often. On 3 of my toons they got their entire set within about 3 months (including jetpack, Calibrated shocks, Targeting Hud, legs,arms,torso,helmet). This last year she has been rotating all the scout stuff more often and the Hellfire stuff. If you do the Gold raid you can then go to the SS vault and see Reggie and buy the Mods for it. 3 of my girls were done with the raid by level 25. One has not done any raids or anything. My other 6 did the raid as soon as it came out and also the BOS entire (BOTH) stuff and the entire Raider (Rose) Quests. All 10 of my players were Generals (ENCLAVE) right away. One at level 15 even before we came to Steam and all are loved by both sides before we did the Raid. No haggeling for gold-it was all mine. (used it to but there SS armor Mods right away.

I saved for months to get enough gold bullion to buy the plans for the T-65 PA from Reggs at the SS vault after finishing the quests. I modded it to the max plus jet pack. I'm like a tank with the build I use. But with the new Dec 3 update the damage you take is set higher. If I remember it takes about 20K gold bullion to get everything. Collect and save Treasury Notes or pay a lot of caps upstairs at the Wayward

T-65 is nothing but a 'status symbol' and not worth the time and effort to make and mod.

Sure, it has the highest numbers of all PA but there is more to the equation than pure numbers.

Hellcat which is free from the BoS quests has reduced ballistic damage, and Union via stamps has carry weight and poison resistance. Both far better options to spend your resources on.

Let's take an example from my efforts to try solo the raid Guardian. In Union with 2 parts troubleshooters I couldn't do it, was taking too much damage. Swapped in two T-45 troubleshooters legs and could cheese it fine (a full 5 parts would be ideal).

In that example the legendary effects completely outweighs the armour type. Perks help too (ricochet and bullet shield).

My T-65 is parked in a display and that's where it'll stay as a reminder of how much a waste of time it was to make...

The Hellcat is free-but you still have to buy all the Mods and Now most likely have roll all the stars on all pieces and then change the Mods or make the mods or beg them from someone-I'm begging now try to finish up my other 41 sets on my toons of 10.
