If you and your team are unable to kill it before the three safe rooms are destroyed. You’re going to have to increase the amount of damage done to it.
you need 45 str or close i do more damage at full hp melee but buffed up i have 45 str. you need more def and dam reduction if you wanna face tank as standing on armor you will eat the missiles i can solo the first boss in about 20m with auto axe and quad plasma gat
Stupid easy solo, best damage numbers I've pulled solo are 4855 a hit vs him but since it goes up to that then bounces down after a bit I suspect its taking one for the team and tenderizer wearing off
Best damage numbers in a min/max the damage group of 4 was 12500 a hit (basically 3x people serving as buffs to the one doing the damage)
That group of us aside (who all can solo him easy) it typically takes 3-5 times longer to kill him in a group than solo
My typical solo run is robot dead around counter 40 to 120 (depends on how much richochet triggers to burn his shield)... he doesn't even engage until counter 30 so between 10 and 90 seconds dependent on his self suicide and RNGesus bouncing stuff back
Vulcan
Head - Working on Vats Matrix for the 10% accuracy but just overlay for now
Chest - Jetpack... used the 20% ap return chest for a bit but it either doesn't work or is so woefully weak compared to everything that I don't notice a difference
Arms - Gimbled 30% vats accuracy and out of vats accuracy (heavy guns are basically firing in a line)... optimized was pointless as the AP use of the autoaxe just isn't sufficient enough to worry
Legs - Calibrated (+100 weight is QoL)... elastic was different but the height difference is basically just one body length so mediocre
All are - Troubleshooters - Strength - Thru-Hikers - Reflective (1/5)
Gatling Plasma - Anti armour - faster fire - 25% vats ap - conductors + accelerated nozzle and stinging core (vs this boss its just to trigger bullet shield for more ricochet)
Auto axe - Anti armour - 40% power - 3 strength - pounders with electrical (had this weapon a full two days before anyone knew how obscene it was)
Basic fight is
-Run down as fast as I can
-Hit the button
-Jump to the center area
-wait... wait... wait...
-He pops up (I switch to third person here... less rubber banding on his health with autoaxe later)
-I fire the heavy weapon frequently enough to keep the perk up while hitting stims -occasionally
-his shield breaks
-I autoaxe him and he dies
-event rewards pop up
-I typically fast travel out, drop the event --- BUT you can just cancel the event and it pops you out as if you fast traveled... just doing this comes with some issues I've found the fast travel and drop works better than drop and go
Also now have full a set of
Vulcan Aegis (might scrap this and make an union aegis but it helps team not you... also having an aegis mule in pvp could be a great buff 250 elemental resists and stuff just passively negates those as risks for sure)
Vulcan Rejuvenators (Probably never going to use this, gotta test to see how good the effect is but I kinda think it'll suck)
Vulcan Tanky (Probably possibly going to make it a pvp set, +1000 is pretty absurd 50% of the time... could negate people using autoaxe, but I feel the reflect chest + reflective 4* + ricochet now working in PvP [per card haven't tested] that full reflective PvP will be a shutdown)
Vulcan Melee damage 5-25% one

Vulcan Ranged damage 5-25% one (need to find out if these two are multiplicative or additive damage buffs)... fact is I don't need more melee damage but if this is multiplicative for ranged it could be great on an anti snake union set or a giggles world vulcan set
