CAMP Question - cant place blueprint

HI
So I bought the Charleston fire station and set it up nicely. Created a Blueprint so I can move it around the world. No matter where I try I cannot place it. Every-time it says cant place it, It needs support. This happens even on original spot where I first set it up. Even though the blueprint shows blue. What am I doing wrong?
I do have a shelter lobby entrance placed inside.

Do you have a door in the pre-built? Those can be problematic.
