Hellstorm missile launcher

The answer is probably no but I will ask anyway. The Blood Eagle named Dagger gives that to you if you settle their issue peacefully. I did not, I killed her. Is that a one time event only or can I repeat it with a peaceful ending? I killed her maybe a year ago. Will she come back? I have been reading online about that missile launcher and it seems pretty nice.

Don't worry though it's worse than regular missile launcher, plasma rockets look nice though (yeah, it's a rocket launcher not missile launcher without VATS...).

hmm. I've killed her on five different characters and I'm pretty certain I've always gotten the Hellstorm (always something of a conundrum; I don't use it and it weighs too much, but it's special so I want to keep it, but I don't use it and it weighs too much, etc. Eventually I usually end up scrapping it).
Also pretty certain you can't repeat the quest.

I believe you can buy the Hellstorm plan for gold bullion from ... someone. Regs, maybe?
Edit: Apparently only from Minerva, like Mooman said. Weird. I could have sworn I'd seen it elsewhere.

When you get the plan you can get all the Hellstorm you want ^^ Now, that weapons don't worth the material you need for craft it. A normal missle launcher it's better or even more the auto granade launcher it's rocketing now, even more deadly than a fatman and you can piss off a lot of player when you use it, since no one will probably get xp since you will oneshot everything

Regs has mods for it, nothing more. Minerva does not have it this time. Apparently only from Daily Ops for now. I have been in events that were one shot and I will not do that to anyone else. But I will keep an eye out for it, I have read that the napalm mod is the strongest.

Hellstorm is more of a light show than a weapon. It's a single target weapon with some splash damage that uses missiles.

It's like the Devs thought "How can we make the coolest sounding weapon that is 100% at odds with how the game is designed?"

That said, Napalm is likely the strongest on paper, but in reality, Plasma or Cryo will do more damage.

Hellstorm is ok but regular missile launcher is better. Hellstorm costs a lot of bullion for an inferior weapon.

Thanks, I think I will stick with my two shot recon missile launcher. That does a lot of damage.
