Bugthesda not testing their content again

The Electro Enforcer isn't counting for "Deal energy damage to enemies while wearing the Doctor Head Mirror".

It's probably because the electro enforcer isn't considered an "energy weapon" despite it doing lots of energy damage. But the quest doesn't say kills with energy weapons does it? They need proof-readers badly.

Ok. You could also use another energy weapon.
I did it with the Laser Carbine and that character has multiple builds and weapon types.
