Power armor mods
1. What are the best power armor non legendary mods? I cannot buy all, need to be discerning with my gold bullion/stamps
2. What are the best legendary mods for power armor?

Dude, seriously, it's like you want community to play this game for you. Use you brain, decide what buffs you need for your gamestyle, then look for mods.

You should understand one important thing - every time you ask here a question you might get dozen of answers and each one might be right, but for the person answering, not for you. Your gamestyle is subjective thing, and YOU and only YOU should decide how you would like to play. Once that decision is made you will understand which mods or buffs are better for you. Play and experiment

Whatever the "best" option is will be nerfed, eventually. The worst option will eventually be the best option after some patch makes it best. This sort of game wants you to always need more.

Get the mods that appeal to you, play them, enjoy them, but expect that eventually you'll need different ones.
