Bathtub plan for Urinal season pass

I've been looking for the bathtub plan, claiming/reclaiming workshops and looking through player stores for days, just to re-learn it to make the urinal in the season pass register because its bugged but have had no luck. If anyone can tell me a sure way to find it, or has it already and willing to share I'd be really grateful.

It for claiming the work shop, at Thunder Mountain Power Station in the North-East Mire. Not Guaranteed. each time, so you might have to capture it a few times. Here, is a old Link, for the last time, somebody had trouble, with a urinal.

I've read that thread and your advice to claim that station before and have done it many times. But thank you for answering and help, I will try there some more. :)

I usually just run around the Pleasant Valley area when wanting basic plans.

There are several spawn points for camp plans (red folders) around there that can spawn the bathtub plan.

Run a lap checking spawns, don't pick up any you don't want. If you didn't find it server hop and repeat.

It's hard to describe where the plans spawn so I apologise in advance as this'll be vague (I took screenshots once but on my mobile it's impossible to add them).

Near the armour workbench between the ski lodge and the Top of the World lift station.

On the check-in desk of the ski lodge.

On the desk in the Raider Vendorbot room.

There is a road that runs between the cabins, it is where the Raider arena is. Walking from Top of the World side there is a weapons workbench on your left. On the ground underneath a table a plan can spawn (sometimes it's a weapon instead).

In the building above this road a plan can spawn on the sideboard in the room with the pool table (a military beret also spawns next to it).

I think there may be one or two more in the area but those are the ones I can remember of the top of my head. 5 points to check each server hop.

Mooman, on my first server hop in this hunt I found the bathtub plan right by the armour workbench. It was such a relief to see it there. I relearned it and the urinal decoration now shows up. Thank you again, along with Prussian Dude for helping me out. :D
