Notice how many are middle aged white males? No wonder their quests are so stale... (Yet, Fallout 76 has more diversity in its writing staff but still mediocre...).

That interview is cringe... the lack of 'story telling' from story tellers in itself tells a major story, and it isn't good from this bunch of plagiarizing hacks...
