should I apply aristocrat on my plasma caster or power armour??

Hi everyone I have a bloodied plasma caster and was thinking of replacing the bloody effect with aristocrat I have 21k caps

or should I apply it to my power armour to make myself tankier I have the hellcat pw

i think to get the full benefit from aristocrat's you need to have at least 30k caps. I believe for power armor or regular armor you'd see much more benefit from the percentage damage reduction mods, like overeaters, than you will from damage resistance ones. As for the plasma caster, I'm not sure I haven't used it, but if I was intending on using it I'd try to see how I could utilize the onslaught effect with it.
