Is Feral Rage legendary perk worth it?

I am running a feral melee build and wondering if having feral rage maxed is worth it, right now I have it equipped with 20% less glow and my glow runs out super quick still with abilities that cost glow, so im wondering if the 50% reduction is worth the effort or if it still drains you very quick

I think Feral Rage is worth using, but most of the perks that spend glow are not worth using.

The Radioactive Strength mod changes your power attack multiplier from 1.5 to 3, and is effectively a multiplicative bonus to your final damage. Keep Radioactive Strength.

The other perks that spend glow are Radiation Power and Mad Scientist. I haven't tested it, but they appear to be additive to the damage bonuses you already have. Another 20% on top of 500% or more from Strength, Furious, and Pounder's isn't going to make a significant difference.

arent they planning to update it to where radioactive strength doesnt affect auto axes?
