Raider Armor plans?

Soo i need help, Im trying to play as a Raider and i know u can buy the armor or find it but i want the plans soo i can build them as i level up but seems as if the only way is ether was the 2019 hoiday gifts, ATLAS donor's provisions or small chances for doing some Missions.
Soo if anyone knows anyways to help me out or if anyone has the plans and willing to trade i would like that.

just explore there are lots of unique traders all over the map from quests and stuff

When in doubt there is a raider-themed vendor with all the basics located at the Whitesprings Mall.

Raider Armor plans are effectively super rare for no real reason. The best way, by that I mean most focused way is to get the plans is treasure maps for Savage Divide. That said I bought about 1000 treasure maps and still don't have a full set after that.

Seems like everything connected to Savage Divide has some degree of chance for it.

It's one of the worst armors in the game, it should be super common since all the raiders know it. Hell we should have started the game able to make the light set like leather.

But Bethesda is Bethesda.
