That's just how things work. Buy low, sell high. Everyone does it.
There is always someone willing to pay that 10k for a plan depending on how high the demand is and how badly that person wants it.

I sell many plans and things for half price or less. Probably some have bought things and then put them in their own vendor at a higher price. Not a big deal to me, I got what I wanted from my sales.

It's really on the person who is willing to seriously overpay for something.
One time I paid 12.000 for The Fixer Plan. Recently I have been selling them for 1000.

i agree it's just more of the same with the people coping. I get it...it's why I don't feel the need to feed them their candy/medicine.

Sometimes you become the wholesaler for some retailer who wants to be the Wholesaler and buys you out. Watch your stock-could be a Hostile Takeover of your Enterprises. Don't sell eggs.

TBH I drop every plan I already have, far away from any player, hidden in bushes (when I can). Specially now, with all of this "fake low lvl players" running around, waiting to become ugly rotten corpses (ghouls).

Not gonna engage in commerce, since dialy events and casual gaming keep me stocked with any caps I might need to buy the things I want...

Your generosity is commendable but this is not the proper way to go about it, not in this game. I can tell you if I stroll into your camp and see a Motorized Butter Churn (4) for 50 caps each, I'm buying every one and selling them for 5k. And if I didn't do it, the next guy is and maybe he sells it for 10k a pop. If you list an item and it sells, there is no "fault" whatsoever on the buyer. If you want to help people you should seek out people who are in need or deserving or hook up a mike and actually talk to people and then help them directly. instead of lazily stocking your vendor with cheap stuff and waiting like a spider in a web for a noobie to come find your treasures and then getting mad when the buyer isn't who you expected.

One day I was stocking up the 76 box with some extra plans, I included some rares and just all types of stuff, Dr. Bones, etc....While I was stuffing the box I had a player start tossing grenades at me so he could get to the box. Ofc he was level 300 and ofc he had "420" as the last 3 characters of his name, well because naturally he did....He scooped every plan and what I was thinking is that unless he knew my name and had seen me around, he was behaving like this to a level 8 player because that is what I was on at the time.

Since then I'll never drop anything but ♥♥♥♥ in the box. I drop stims, rads, grenades, food sometimes at Nuka World or Mall cash register but that is it. Plans get dropped in the woods on a private server to be destroyed. Sometimes I sell stuff cheap, and too cheap, but that is only a function of how many of the item I have on me. If I get down to 1 Fixer plan left, it will go up for 10k even though it is barely worth 1k these days.

Btw I found about 20 2-star mods today for 200 caps each, only bought 5 or so and left the rest for someone else to "find". If you don't respect the value of your goods, you don't respect yourself. And if you list something for sale too cheaply please be a man about it and refrain from crying on the boards. What would your poor mother say?

I use textchat mod to trade, so my vendor is mostly aid for new players at 1 or 0 caps

People don't usually 'clean me out' but I don't mind

When I hit max caps, I just go buy your junk, you put up a vendor with aid items thats not what I need, if you don't know what a butter churn is worth or a water cooler or a mask then I'll take what you sell and if you have random guns and stuff I'll buy them to get you some caps

It seems like capping billionaires makes people happier? lol
