I Need a plasma core charger if anyone is willing to help me build one at my camp

Plasma Core Re-charger, was a Last Season Reward (Season 19). It would be an Atomic Shop item now, as has the Atoms Shop Mark, available per account. Or, for sale per character with Gold Bullion at Either Foundation or Crater, and that might not be until next season. So, it can't be built for you with out you knowing the plan, as its currently marked as and Atomic Shop item.

If like the Fusion Core Re-charger, Bethesda/Microsoft might add one to the Atomic Shop with a different skin, or wait for Season 19 catch up bundle in the Atomic Shop. :cozybethesda:
