Seasons Nuke fusion generator

Made it to get enough tokens to unlock the nuke fusion generator in the season, bought 1st to unlock it too, and when I go to build it in my base it says I don't have the plans for it?
Do I still have to find plans for a fusion generator and its just the skin that I have unlocked?

Yes, it is just a skin. It even tells you you need the normal fusion generator plan when you press T to inspect the reward in the seasons menu.

You can get that from Fixing up one of the 3, Nuclear Power Plants, on the map. it just click on the hissing pipes for the steam cooling towers, and then fixing the controls and hissing hi pressure pipes in the generator section. Then, fixing the Reactor, control panels and steam lines. Thunder Mountain, has a Generator panel on the outside top of the back by the water building. Also, the tub plan at the Workshop at Thunder Mountain, if you can't build the urinal.

Game should still tell you down at the bottom the appropriate key or button to press. I think it is the Y button on XBox controllers.
